JUNIOR

INTERMEDIATE

  • Proper technique is emphasized along with racquet control, footwork patterns.

  • Understanding of basic groundstroke and serve technique as well as grips.

  • Develop a sportsmanlike competitive nature.

  • Rally-based training focusing on sending/receiving skills, sound footwork, racquet mechanics.

  • Learning to properly position themselves to execute groundstrokes and volleys, 

  • Learning to hit with purpose, serve and sustain a rally of varying speed and duration.

ADVANCED

  • Develop correct technique and tactics and mentality for tennis.

  • Manage mistakes and preparing for competition by dealing with pressure.

  • Develop a sportsmanlike competitive nature.

  • Physically and mentally prepared to begin work on situational aspects of the game.

  • Stroke development, footwork, doubles and singles strategies.

  • Routine Fitness sessions is part of the program to improve endurance level.

  • Mental toughness training, on-court video analysis.

INTENSE

  • Dynamic balance, experimentation with various tactics and strategies.

  • Unlearning the tactical and technical skills during match play.  

  • Learning tactics to exploit opponents weaknesses and playing to their own strengths. 

  • Learning how to compete and conduct themselves during pressure situations.

PRIVATES
